The Role:  

This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on involvement in a diverse range of land development projects, providing exposure to every aspect of land development engineering. From contributing to civil infrastructure projects, to engaging in brownfield infill developments aimed at revitalizing existing urban spaces, and participating in large greenfield developments that involve master planning and implementing infrastructure in previously undeveloped areas. This position ensures a well-rounded and enriching professional experience. It serves as an ideal platform for career advancement, allowing individuals to not only continue their career trajectory but also gain extensive expertise by navigating the complexities of working on various project types. 

You will Have: 

• Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience. 

• Recognized Engineering qualification - BEng, BEngTech, NZCE, BSurv, RPSurv. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Positive outlook and ability to thrive in a team environment. 

• Experience in Civil Design for land development projects. 

• Experience in Civil Construction observation. 

• Proficiency with Civil Design software, preferably 12D, and AutoCAD software. 

• Solid knowledge of New Zealand Engineering requirements and standards. 

• Must have relevant New Zealand experience.
