Smithfields development involves the creation of 59 residential lots, stormwater basin, wastewater pump station and ecological enhancement of Wakanui Creek on the existing town border in Smithfield Road, Ashburton.     

Capture Land Limited has been the lead development consultant transforming this project from initial concept design through district and regional consenting requirements and into construction onsite.
