Resource Management & Consent

We know the Resource Management & Consent process can feel like a minefield, but it’s an area we know like the back of our hands. Engineering Design & Infrastructure

Whether land is being rezoned on a master plan scale, or the family home is being subdivided, Capture Land Development clients enjoy comprehensive civil engineering and design services.

The first step for our skilled engineers is the preparation of infrastructure designs. This includes earthworks, erosion & sediment control, roading, stormwater, water, wastewater and services. For every development, they’ll design engineering solutions, ready for Resource Content, Engineering Plan Approval and Construction.

Post Design, our Engineers move on to the all-important work of managing the Contract Tender process and administrating the Construction Contract (normally NZS 3910 the most commonly used in our construction industry). At this stage, they’re the vital hub of the project, engaging with stakeholders, providing site supervision and Project reporting, monitoring and making sure that things are being built to industry standards. Then they’ll wrap up the project with a thorough Project handover, including issuing practical completions and providing documentation to enable Section 224c to be issued by Council.
