Birchs Green is a large greenfield residential development with over 300 residential lots, located on Trices and Birchs Roads in Prebbleton. 

Capture is the lead Consultant on Planning, Engineering & Surveying for the delivery of the subdivision and civil infrastructure from planning to completion and partnered with Kevler Homes who are building the residential dwellings on each lot.

Phase 1 of the development is complete, which included a new centralised wastewater pump station, and Phase 2 currently under construction. 

The project is unique with the residential dwellings being constructed at the same time as the subdivision, which challenges the norm and requires solution-based thinking and excellent communication between all parties involved.
