The Role: 

This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on involvement in a diverse range of land development projects, providing exposure to every aspect of land development engineering.

You will spearhead multi-disciplinary projects, driving technical excellence and ensuring compliance with local and regional standards. You will collaborate with planners and surveyors, and build strong relationships with councils and contractors to achieve sustainable, high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will also;

• Develop detailed engineering designs for earthworks, roads, stormwater, wastewater, and water reticulation

• Lead project delivery: programming, tender preparation, and contract administration

• Review consent documentation, provide technical advice, and liaise with regulatory authorities

• Perform site inspections, coordinate information and oversee construction compliance.

What we're looking for:

• Civil Engineer or Surveyor with relevant experience

• Experience with Greenfield and urban infill development

• Experience in Civil Design for land development projects and civil construction observation

• Proficiency with Civil Design software, preferably 12D, and AutoCAD software

• Must have relevant New Zealand experience.
