Prestons Grove Estate is a landmark residential development delivering 265 new sections on Prestons Road, strategically located on the north eastern edge of Christchurch. Designed to support the area’s continued growth, the project represents a significant addition to the Christchurch’s housing supply.

Capture is proud to be the Engineering Consultant for this major development, providing end-to-end expertise across all stages of delivery. Our scope includes detailed engineering design, securing engineering approvals, project coordination, contract administration and management, and final sign-off of all engineering works.

With Stage 1 nearing completion, momentum is building as Stages 2 and 3 prepare to commence. Capture is also leading the consenting and delivery of an off-site stormwater basin on behalf of Christchurch City Council, with construction scheduled to begin in Spring—an important component in ensuring sustainable stormwater management for the wider area.

Working closely with our client, Avanda Group, we are continuing to drive value engineering outcomes across the project, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining high-quality infrastructure and long-term performance.
